These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ArchiTreasure Design LLC website and the text messaging program described in Section 9. They do not constitute a service agreement, client contract, or invoicing terms. Please read them carefully before using the Site.

The Site is provided for informational and business inquiry purposes. By using the Site, you agree to the following conditions:

Without the prior written permission of ArchiTreasure Design, you may not:

7Limitation of Liability

9SMS Terms of Service

ArchiTreasure Design LLC sends marketing and informational text messages to people who opt in. These include follow-ups about your inquiry, scheduling and project updates, and information about our design services.

You opt in by checking the consent box on a form on our website and submitting your mobile number. You must be 18 or older to enroll. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

11Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Texas. By using the Site, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such jurisdiction.
